Led research and end-to-end design in Figma for UBS’s AI-powered (chat and dashboard) platform in React, consolidating 8+ fragmented tools into one mobile-first, user-friendly, elegant modern hub complete with micro-interactions.
Designed personalized AI-driven career pathing, learning, mentorship, and role recommendations, empowering 100k+ employees to make informed career and growth decisions.
Partnered closely with AI-engineers, product managers, HR, data privacy, and communications teams to align on user needs, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and UX strategy, even down to the smallest detail. This helped drive strategic alignment while also being able to focus on short-term tactical solutions.
Achieved 40% employee adoption in the first month, validating value even before AI recommendations launched.
Presented high-fidelity MVP prototypes to senior leadership, including C-Suite, securing financial and strategic buy-in.
Created visual design documentation and pattern libraries, aligning new AI and data visualization following UBS’s brand and accessibility standards.
Led the visual design and UX improvements for an AI-enabled internal pool budget and reward allocation tool with visualization dashboards, transforming a manual, bias-prone process into an automated, three-step workflow. Integrated HR policy guidelines and auto-calculation logic to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance while helping pool and stream leads easily manage team budgets and reward distributions.

Reorganized the employee tech support self-service portal for improved information architecture, scalability, findability, accessibility, and user experience resulting in it helping reduce support calls and being the #1 most visited site on the employee intranet.
Redesigned over 250 technical user guides on SharePoint, as well as created a consistent and seamless design across all landing, category, and article pages.
Led UX efforts on over 15 projects directly impacting employees while balancing user, business, legal, and technical goals and limitations.
Achievements:
o Patent: Currently in the process of applying for a patent for an innovative app concept that helps solve an employee problem while supporting the Records and Legal team requirements.
o Awards:
- Received 21 Recognize You awards (internal recognition program) for contributions to the organization since start date.
- Built an award-winning, visually appealing, and highly impactful all-employee bi-monthly email communication, called TechTips, to help improve the employee experience. Email is our #1 driver to our employee tech support portal.

Redesigned and tested (A/B, usability, and card sort studies) the Huggies Australia and DryNites UK and France websites with customer personas and research in mind.
Developed design systems and branding redesigns for Kimberly-Clark corporate brand, Huggies Australia and DryNites UK and France.
Turned a 4–6-month process into a 20-minute process by creating a corporate-wide Design System template using Figma, increasing the adoption and use of Design Systems across teams. Teams have been able to use this template for Kleenex, Poise, and Kotex.
Created training materials for current and future K-C employees on how to use the template and on the importance of Design Systems.
Designed a Kleenex Spring Hayfever giveaway campaign for Kleenex Belgium and France in under 3 weeks.
